Daisy Update.

Daisy is still fighting like the stubborn cat she is.

She ate some food overnight, which is a great sign, but she hasn’t pooped yet. She hasn’t pooped since last Tuesday. She needs to poop in the next day or two, if she doesn’t we’ll know that her operation hasn’t worked and she’ll be put to sleep. I never thought I’d be so desperate for anything to poop. It’d be almost funny if it wasn’t life threatening.

The other good news is that they’re sending her home this afternoon. I nearly leapt out of bed when Matt told me, but it doesn’t mean it’s over. Daisy is a shy little thing, she’s always hated strangers, so she’ll be more comfortable here, hopefully comfortable enough to poop.

I’ve already received lots of interest in donating for the giveaway, which makes my heart swell with gratitude. If you’d also like to help please email me at agiraffeinascarf@gmail.com. I will write up a post detailing how it will work this afternoon, and the first item will be posted this evening. Remember that I’m in Australia, so this evening might mean tomorrow morning, depending where you are in the world.

You can donate HERE, via Paypal, to enter all the coming giveaways, every $5 is one entry.

And don’t forget about the sale in my Etsy Store, 30% OFF with coupon code DAISY.

    How are you doing?
