A spring in my step.

I’m feeling the spring weather this week. Sunny skies with refreshing cool evenings. Except for the 34°C day, that was too soon. I need to enjoy all the spring weather I can before the stinking summer comes along.

You Capture this week had us searching for signs of Autumn. I couldn’t find many… So here’s my Spring entries!

The bottlebrushes in my garden are all opening up.

The sky is blue and the clouds are fluffy.

And watermelon is coming into season! Joy!

I love the fiery reds in your bottlebrush plant… and I am so jealous that you are enjoying watermelon season! Ours is over and this year it’s been a particularly short season. =(

All my friends in the Southern Hemisphere are talking spring, and it makes me actually like it (usually my least favorite season in my part of the world). Beautiful flowers!

That first shot is gorgeous. The cloud formation looks like a giant lizard head to me.
